Ruling is a disappointment

(Paulden Az.) Statement from Buz Mills on SB1070 decision:

"The judge’s ruling is a disappointment. I urge Governor Brewer to appeal. I also urge the governor to step forward and commit state resources to secure the border. While 1070 would have been an effective tool for law enforcement, it does not secure the border. If we can secure our border, we won’t have to rely on the whims of a federal government that appears more concerned with protecting illegal immigrants rather than protecting Arizona citizens."

"1070 was a cry for help from Arizona to stop the problem of illegal immigration. Instead of securing the border, the President sent us lawyers from the Justice Department with the goal of undermining our efforts to combat illegal immigration."

"President Obama needs to spend less time on "The View" and more time on the border so he can view first-hand the plight of this state."
